After receiving consistent feedback and requests I have decided to offer a new level of service for the budget conscience client. I am so convinced that I offer the most comprehensive inspection service in Northen California that I am willing to offer a 100% Price Match Guarantee. The level of service includes a full general home inspection plus a Free visual mold inspection ($350 value). The combined value for this service on a 1500 square foot home is $645.00 is now available for your clients at the rate of $395.00 (1500 square foot over crawlspace)

* Inspection pricing is subject to change without notice. $279 price is an example of a single family dwelling on slab construction. The inspection will be performed to the InterNACHI standards of practice minimum requirements. Client and Agent should understand that more comprehensive services are offered by the firm and are available at additional cost. Some important limitations to note (as per standards of practice):

1. Only a representative number of windows are inspected

2. Only a representative number of electrical receptacles are inspected

3. All infrared services and mold inspection are excluded but available at additional cost

4. The roof will be inspected from the ground level only. This is an important limitation as some defects may exist and may not be viewed from the ground. My comprehensive service does include a full roof inspection when accessible and safe to walk on the roof covering.

5. No references to life expectancy of water heater, roof system heating system are included in the limited basic. The inspector will only perform functional tests and remark if system is not functioning as intended. Roof will only be inspected from ground level which is a limitation at this inspection level.

6. All kitchen appliances are excluded from the scope of this inspection (built in or otherwise)

7. Crawlspace inspections are at addtional cost. Additional square footage above the 1500 threshold is at additional cost.

8. Free Visual Mold Inspection is only available when purchasing a general home inspection at the comprehensive service level. This offer is not valid with the Limited Basic Inspection. Lab samples are not included in this service. Call for price quote on lab samples. Lab samples are not required for mold analysis but are recommended in most cases.

9. To qualify for the 100 % Price Match Guarantee , the inspector must be certfified by ASHI, CREIA, InterNACHI, carry at least 1 Million dollars in E & O Insurance, and be full time home inspector in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Lake, Mendocino, East Bay, or Solano Counties.
