General Home Inspection
A professional home inspection is extremely important, particularly since a home is often the largest investment people make. To protect your investment, I, as your professional consultant, provide a general evaluation of the home—a visual inspection from roof to foundation. I objectively identify material defects in the systems, structures and components of the home, in adherence to or exceeding national, state, and industry regulations and standards.

A general home inspection includes an evaluation of the following systems:

A general home inspection does not include the following systems:

• Well and septic
• Mold inspection or sampling (testing)
• Pool or spa inspection
• Structural pest control inspection (termite or dry rot)
